Set Up Your Life Areas

Learn how to set up life areas in Griply to organise your goals, habits, and tasks in a way that reflects the different parts of your life. Life areas represent the major themes that make up your world (like work, health, relationships, learning, and more) so you can plan with balance and intention, not just around work.
Why life areas matter
Life areas are the foundation of Griply’s structure. They help you:
Zoom out from the daily grind and see the bigger picture of your life.
Think big about where you want to go in each area.
Set meaningful goals for each part of your life.
Organize your actions so you can clearly see where your time and effort are going.
