What Data Griply Collects

Griply collects only the data necessary to provide and maintain your account and ensure a smooth user experience. This includes:

• Your account details (such as email and login credentials)

• Your settings and preferences

• Anonymous performance and usage data to improve reliability

We do not use your content for advertising or profiling. Your personal planning content remains private.

Where Your Data Is Stored

All Griply data is securely stored on servers in the European Union and is protected in line with GDPR and industry-standard security practices.

Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest:

• In transit means your data is protected while moving between your device and our servers.

• At rest means it’s encrypted while stored on our servers.

This ensures that your information is secure whether it’s being synced across devices or simply saved in the background.

Is Griply End-to-End Encrypted?

Currently, Griply does not offer full end-to-end encryption. That means your data is encrypted and protected during transfer and storage, but it is not encrypted in a way that makes it entirely unreadable to anyone—not even us.

This allows our support team to assist you if something goes wrong (for example, restoring your account if you lose access).

Griply staff can only view data if you explicitly reach out for support and grant permission. We never access your account content unless it’s necessary to resolve an issue.

Exporting & Deleting Your Data

You’re in full control of your account:

• You can delete your account at any time, and we will fully remove your data from our systems.

• A self-service export option is not yet available, but we are exploring it for the future.

Cookies & Tracking

Griply uses minimal, privacy-conscious analytics (such as Mixpanel) to monitor app performance, fix bugs, and improve features.
