Griply uses trusted payment providers to process all Premium subscriptions, making billing secure and transparent.
Getting Your Receipts or Invoices
If you subscribed on iOS
Apple manages all billing for iOS subscriptions.
Receipts are sent directly to your Apple ID email after each payment.
You can also find past invoices in the App Store:
Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
Tap your Apple ID
Go to Media & Purchases → Purchase History
If you subscribed via Web or Desktop
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
If you need a copy of a past invoice or receipt, please email us at support@griply.app, and we’ll send it to you.
Refunds
Griply does not handle refunds directly for subscriptions started via the App Store:
iOS Subscriptions → Refunds are managed entirely by Apple. Request a refund here.
Web/Desktop Subscriptions → If you purchased via Stripe, contact support@griply.app, and we’ll assist you with eligible cases.
