This article explains how to manage your Griply account, including deleting your account.

Delete Your Account

We hope you’ll never need this, but if you do, here’s how to permanently delete your account:

On iOS:

  1. Open the Griply app

  2. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner

  3. Tap Profile settings

  4. Tap Delete my account at the bottom

On Desktop:

Please email us at support@griply.app from the address linked to your account, and we’ll handle the deletion for you.

Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed and can’t be recovered.

Change Your Email Address

It’s currently not possible to change the email address associated with your Griply account. If you need to switch to a different email, we recommend creating a new account.

Change Your Name

You can change your name in the settings dialog in the Desktop and Web apps. It’s currently not possible to change your name in the iOS app.

Add or Change Your Profile Picture

At the moment, Griply doesn’t support profile pictures. Your account is linked only to your email address & name.
