Managing Your Subscription

Managing your Griply Premium subscription is simple, whether you want to cancel a trial, stop auto-renewal, reactivate Premium, or update your billing details.

Canceling Your Free Trial or Subscription

Griply Premium subscriptions are managed differently depending on where you started your trial or plan:

If you subscribed on iOS

  • Griply uses Apple’s App Store for billing on iOS.

  • To cancel a trial or subscription:

    1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad

    2. Tap your Apple ID at the top

    3. Go to Subscriptions

    4. Select Griply

    5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Apple handles all subscription cancellations directly. If you cancel, you’ll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period or trial.

If you subscribed via Web or Desktop

  • Payments are securely handled by Stripe.

  • To cancel your trial or subscription:

    1. Go to the Griply web app

    2. Click on your profile icon → Settings

    3. Select Subscription → Manage

    4. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe portal where you can cancel

After canceling, you’ll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

Reactivating Premium

If your subscription has ended and you want to reactivate Premium:

  • On iOS → Go to Settings → Subscriptions → Griply and select a new plan.

  • On Web/Desktop → Go to Profile → Settings → Subscription → Manage and restart your subscription via Stripe.

Updating Payment Details

If your payment method has changed or failed:

  • On iOS → Update your billing info under Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping.

  • On Web/Desktop → Use Profile → Settings → Subscription → Manage to update your payment details directly in Stripe.
